If you use Plucker at an agency
We hold your name, work email and organisation to run your account, and a record of the searches you start so your team can find them again.
If you appear in a search
We process professional profile information you have published (job titles, employers, dates, qualifications, skills, location) so that a recruitment agency can consider you for a role. If a consultant stars you, we may look up a work or personal email address or phone number so they can contact you. See Data and compliance for exactly what we keep.
Lawful basis
To confirm Legitimate interests, ours and the agency's, in matching professionals with relevant roles, balanced by the limits on this page: published professional data only, contact details only on a consultant's choice, and an easy objection route.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
